Da die genauen Planungen hierf\u00fcr nun beginnen, luden sie die Teilnehmenden im Workshopteil der Session ein, ihre Ideen f\u00fcr die zuk\u00fcnftige Gestaltung einflie\u00dfen zu lassen. Realisiert werden soll dieser Dritte Ort bis Fr\u00fchjahr oder Sommer 2020.  <\/p>\n<h4>K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz lernt lesen<\/h4>\n<p>Der Frage, ob K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz (KI) lesen kann, widmete sich Robin Rojowiec von IBM. Er erl\u00e4uterte, welche Ans\u00e4tze es gibt, und wie weit sich diese in den vergangenen Jahren weiterentwickelt haben. Die Hacker School bietet seit 2014 Sessions und Kurse in einer stetig zunehmenden Zahl an St\u00e4dten an. Dabei ist die Initiative sehr erfolgreich: 2018 angefangen mit einer Tour von mobilen Co-Working-Spaces durchs Land, gibt es derzeit eine stark ansteigende Zahl fester Co-Working-Spaces in l\u00e4ndlichen Regionen.  <\/p>\n<h4>New Work \u2013 oder warum Innovation oft ein Fremdk\u00f6rper bleibt<\/h4>\n<p>In der New-Work-Session \u201cCan you really manage New Work? This trojan horse that might challenge your core values!\u201d brachte Daniela Marzavan Probleme der heutigen Arbeitswelt auf den Punkt: Auf der einen Seite gibt es Managerinnen und Manager, die \u201ekeine Zeit\u201c f\u00fcr Innovationen haben und f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten drei Wochen komplett mit Meetings ausgebucht sind (Meetingitis), deren Inhalt sie mit \u201ewe pass the monkey\u201c (in etwa: Wir reichen den schwarzen Peter weiter) beschreiben.
